Our specialists will gently hand wash using only 100% natural biodegradable liquids proven to give the best results for cashmere.   This is followed by careful de-pilling and re-napping of the cashmere to our good as new finish.  

We aim to make your cashmere as good as new and if we have any questions we will always talk directly to you.  We will carefully inspect and carry out the repair before steaming and packing and then will return to you.

Once you have bought the product you will be emailed a form to complete. When we have received your garment and the completed form we should get the garment back to you within 20 days.
